There is one scheduled meeting per week for all team members. The software, electrical, and mechanical teams meet within their respective groups to brainstorm ideas, resolve issues, or implement existing projects. Outside of this collaborative meeting, members have the freedom to work on their respective projects as their schedules allow, provided they meet the agreed-upon deadlines or communicate any reasonable blockages that prevent timely completion.
